Here's the third trailer of the third Batman film. Can't remember if I've shown you the other two

Now I'm not sure what excites me the most - the new The Avengers film starring pretty much all the Marvel superheroes in one film, or the LEGO series which accompanies it.
You've got mini Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Captain America, Nick Fury, and Hawkeye in the new MARVEL SUPER HEROES Collection from LEGO.
The Avengers is out on May 4th.

This is a kind of all-inclusive dose of Marvel superheroes featuring just about every character who has been refurbished over recent years.
So you get Ironman, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, and Scarlett Johansson as that karate-kicking Black Widow as well as a whole load more.
Like an already complete collection of McDonalds meal-deal toys, which move.
All of a sudden the summer just got a whole lot brighter.
The Bourne Legacy: the other one

A Bourne film without Matt Damon? For a minute there I feared we were treading James Bond territory, where he gets reincarnated periodically and then I realised, this is a Bourne film without Matt Damon because it is a Bourne film without Jason Bourne.
Yes, there was more than one renegade super-trooper after Project Treadstone, and Jeremy Renner is he.
And to be fair, Renner has seen more action that Damon did before Bourne - he was the sniper in 28 Weeks Later and also the bomb disposal loonie in the Hurt Locker, among other gung-ho roles.
Sir yes sir!
The Amazing Spiderman: more bite

The Spiderman franchise chunders on with a reboot bringing it back to the beginning. And judging by the trailer, it makes Toby Maguire's effort look more like Charlotte's Web.

It's hard to believe Bladreunner is 30 years old this year and I will never cease to be amazed by the complexity of the sets and the vision of an apocalyptic future which seems even more of a possibility as the years go by. Here's a chance to look at the thinking behind that world, as you get to peek at the original sketches.

The Dark Knight Rises: A clue

I've been wondering when we would start getting clues as to the last in the Dark Knight trilogy of Batman films, and lo and behold, we have a trailer. And you know what? After all this waiting, I'm still none the wiser.

Always thought Toby McGuire did a fairly decent job as the last Spiderman, but all good things must come to an end, out with the old and all that.
The Amazing Spiderman has got an altogether more scary, darker, outlook. Take a look at the trailer.

As Popculurecarepackage quite rightly pointed out, this could go down as one of the highlights of Jennifer Aniston's career. And it's not as if she hasn't had the opportunities.
Battle Los Angeles: when aliens attack

That's the trouble with us lot, we never listen. Look at the warnings about climate change. We just carry on regardless even though the winters seem to be non-stop gloom these days. Or is it me?
Is it any wonder all those UFO sightings are being ignored? As if little green men would want anything to do with us anyway, eh?
But if they did invade, and they were a little bit tooled up, the resulting scene could perhaps resemble something like Battle Los Angeles, which looks quite exciting from the other end of a camera lense, but might not be all that great if it actually happened, especially seeing as I still haven't visited the place.
Give me a chain smoking Paul the alien any day of the week.

Tron: Legacy: Style of Tron video

The hype around Tron: Legacy is becoming as supercharged as one of those fancy bikes they ride around on. The Times is even saying it could be this year's Avatar.
If that's not enough to have you getting a neon glow on and hot footing it down the cineplex, maybe this video on the style of the film will persuade you to go see it.
I would tell you more but I haven't watched it - I'm just trying to bang out as many posts as possible while I have an internet connection. Broadband connections are a bit like video games. They're either on or they're off. In my house it's mainly off.

Not that it did anything to spoil the film, although it might explain her hostility towards Han Solo. And all this time we were thinking it was because she was a bit cold.
And maybe that's what saved them all from that giant lizard thing on the asteroid. It wasn't a phaser blast which made it sneeze.
These shots are from a new behind the scenes book on the making of the film.
Looks like they had as much fun making it as I did watching it.
